Tis the season to be jolly… or so it would seem. As we all know, this holiday season can evoke every type of emotion or feelings we can think of. There are those of us who are excited, filled with anticipation for the big day, joyful, playful, and generally in an all-around jolly good mood. Then there are those of us who although we have some of the above emotions and feelings, are also feeling very stressed, emotional, frustrated, disappointed, and maybe even sad or hurtful. And finally, there are those of us who hate the holiday season. It is one of great stress, depression, loneliness, dislike, resentment and unhappiness, and we really just want everyone to go away and leave us alone until January 2nd.

With all of these feelings and emotions running crazy among us, it’s a good time to have some really good tools in our toolbox to help us navigate through all of these. In my toolbox I have the Radical Forgiveness Worksheet. So whenever I am feeling the stress, depression, loneliness, dislike, resentment or unhappiness of the season,or the anger or frustration of something somebody has said or done during this time, or even a previous season, I pull out my Radical Forgiveness Worksheet and I use it to dissolve and release those feelings and let them go.  With that energy gone, I can now spend more time enjoying the holiday season.

I wish I could say that this was the only time of the year that we all experience such an array of emotions. However, we all know that we experience these every day throughout the year. So the Radical Forgiveness work can be done anytime throughout the year on any issue, event or situation that we are struggling with in our lives.

For me, because I have used the Radical Forgiveness work throughout the year, for the past couple of years, this season has been reshaped for me. Those feelings of loneliness or depression or resentment that I used to have coming into the season have disappeared. This year I am enjoying much more of the other feelings of happiness joy, peacefulness, and Goodwill to all.

If you would like your next holiday season to be much more enjoyable, I encourage you to get in touch with me to find out how I may be able to assist you throughout the coming year with my Radical Forgiveness coaching. And if you act now, I do have a special deal on coaching sessions available till the end of this year.

I would like to leave you with a tool that can help you maneuver yourself through this season. It is four statements that you can repeat to yourself over and over again when you find yourself engaged in any emotions that you want to shift yourself out of. This Radical Forgiveness tool is called Emerge-N-See and the statements are as follows:

Look what I have created.

I noticed my judgments and love myself anyways.

I am willing to see the Perfection the situation.

I choose the power of peace!

Simply repeat this over and over again, either out loud or to yourself, until the energy shifts.

I would also like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday Season and hope that you find some joy for yourself in this season. See you in 2018.
