About Me

I worked in Human Resources for almost 20 years, I realized what made me great at my job was that I made other leaders great at their jobs. If all the managers leading well, the HR department’s job gets much easier. At a particularly rough time in my life I was introduced to Coaching and I fell in love. Now I combine the 2 passions helping small to medium sized businesses get the best out of their teams. Starting a business is tough, taking that business from a 1 man show to a whole team takes a whole other set of skills. If done well your team will take you to heights you didn’t even imagine.
