Come learn from some experts in nutrition! One power packed evening with information on how your food choices affect you and your family! There is a health movement happening today, and we are becoming ever increasingly more aware of the food choices we are making for ourselves and our families. Buzzwords such as keto, gluten free, low fat, no transfat, heart healthy are all confusing to the average person.

In this evening workshop, we have assembled 6 experts in the nutrition field to help educate you on different topics around nutrition. You can learn such topics:

7:00-8:00 – Break, get some air, go talk to our vendors, breakout sessions, get reset for the next class, main sponsor presentation
8:00-9:00 – Classroom #2 – choose a subject of interest of your choice
9:30 – Closing remarks, door prizes

During the event, we will be taking donations for the food bank. Everyone that attends gets a door prize ticket, but you will receive an extra door prize ticket for every pound of food you donate!
